Commercial Losses
ServiceMaster Advanced Restorations has the capability to handle large commercial mitigation and restoration losses. In January of 2010 when broken pipes and flooded businesses were abundant we successfully handled the mitigation of 10 businesses at once, including 5 churches, even while we were also handling a large number of residential losses. We have professionally handled losses such as federal buildings, high rise hotels, apartments complexes, large church facilities, malls, retail businesses, day cares, etc.
We have also mobilized to help in a number of hurricanes including Katrina, Rita, Gustav and Ike where our main focus was commercial businesses. We have the equipment, experience and personnel to do so. ServiceMaster Advanced Restorations is actively working with commercial property management and commercial insurance carriers. We are on the preferred vendor list for a growing number of commercial property management companies and commercial insurance carriers. And, because we have RAM (Regional Area Manger) designation with ServiceMaster Clean we have the potential to mobilize a large number of technicians, equipment and vehicles to respond to any large emergency.
